Order Processing Time
All sealed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking information may also be sent via text message if a phone number is provided.
Delivered Package Policy
Once a shipment has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Immaculate Trading Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

Damaged or Lost Packages
Immaculate Trading Cards is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is completed.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for sealed items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition received

The item must remain sealed and in original packaging

Important Return Restrictions

Trading card packs, booster boxes, and sealed trading card products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any item returned that appears tampered with, opened, or resealed will not be accepted.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales of opened trading card products are final.
Manufacturer & Pull Rate Disclaimer
Immaculate Trading Cards cannot guarantee specific cards, pull rates, or contents within sealed trading card products. Card distribution and pack contents are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Any concerns regarding misprints, manufacturing defects, or collation issues must be addressed directly with the product’s manufacturer.
Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
To protect against fraud, Immaculate Trading Cards documents all orders prior to shipment, including packaging condition and shipment details.
Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or disputes filed without first contacting our support team may be contested with supporting documentation provided to the payment processor and carrier.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute.
Order Verification & Cancellation Policy
Immaculate Trading Cards reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or high risk.
This may include orders flagged by payment processors, mismatched billing and shipping information, or unusually large or high-value purchases.
If an order cannot be verified, it may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
