Return & Refund Policy

At Immaculate Trading Cards, we take pride in providing authentic sealed trading card products and collectibles. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, all sales are subject to the policy below.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in the same condition received

  • Include proof of purchase

Any item that has been opened, tampered with, or resealed will not be eligible for return or refund.


Sealed Trading Card Products

All sealed trading card products are sold factory sealed as received from authorized distributors.

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products:

  • Pull rates are not guaranteed

  • Card condition inside sealed products cannot be guaranteed

  • Immaculate Trading Cards is not responsible for the contents of factory-sealed trading card packs, including card distribution, pack collation errors, packaging errors, or manufacturer defects

  • Manufacturing defects or concerns with pack contents must be addressed directly with the card manufacturer

Once sealed trading card products are opened, they cannot be returned for any reason, including:

  • Poor pulls

  • Card condition

  • Duplicates

  • Pack contents

  • Personal dissatisfaction

Claims that sealed packs were resealed, altered, or tampered with cannot be verified after delivery and will not qualify for refunds.


Post-Delivery Handling

Once a sealed product has been delivered, Immaculate Trading Cards cannot verify handling, storage, or chain of custody.

Because of this, we cannot accept claims of tampering, resealing, or altered contents after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Booster packs or boxes with broken seals

  • Products opened during live breaks

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Digital products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing items

  • Containing the wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We may request photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraud:

  • Orders may be reviewed for suspicious activity

  • Certain orders may require identity verification

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Accounts engaging in abusive return behavior may be restricted from future purchases


Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed before contacting us for support, the customer may be permanently restricted from purchasing from our store.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue.
